La recette du jour est une <strong>pizza au cur&eacute; Nantais<\/strong>!<\/p>\n<p>Hier le tour &eacute;tait en Loire- Atlantique et aujourd&#8217;hui en Bretagne, j&#8217;accompagne donc ma pizza de cidre et si on veut encore plus faire honneur &agrave; la Bretagne on remplace la poitrine fum&eacute;es par des tranches d&#8217;Andouille de Gu&eacute;m&eacute;n&eacute; (Ch&eacute;ri n&#8217;aime pas sinon c&#8217;est effectivement ce que j&#8217;aurai mis MIOUUUUMMM)<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/latambouilledebouille.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/120707910-1.jpg?w=1200&#038;ssl=1\" border=\"0\" alt=\"Frouezh-pizza-cure&#769;-nantais\" class=\"widthadapted nonealign\"><\/p>\n<p>Pour accompagner cette pizza je n&#8217;ai pas choisi n&#8217;importe quel cidre, j&#8217;ai servi le cidre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/frouezh\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Frouezh<\/strong><\/a>!<\/p>\n<p>Un cidre bio, sous le label &#8220;Produit en Bretagne&#8221; car oui, ce label comporte &eacute;galement des produits de la Loire-Atlantique.<\/p>\n<p>Je ne me lancerai pas dans le d&eacute;bat, Nantes a &eacute;t&eacute; bretonne, la culture bretonne est particuli&egrave;rement ancr&eacute;e et pr&eacute;sente dans la Loire-Atlantique, maintenant elle n&#8217;est pas officiellement en Bretagne.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Revenons &agrave; la recette du jour, une pizza simplissime, id&eacute;ale en cette p&eacute;riode de foot, on peut &eacute;galement l&#8217;a couper en morceaux pour pr&eacute;senter &agrave; l&#8217;ap&eacute;ro, pour le plateau t&eacute;l&eacute;&#8230;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Frouezh (fruits en Breton&#8230;) propose 4 cidres diff&eacute;rents dans sa gamme, l&#8217;<strong>Authentique<\/strong> (brut), <strong>Le r&eacute;serv&eacute;<\/strong> (doux), l&#8217;<strong>Innocent<\/strong> (p&eacute;tillant de pomme sans alcool) et l&#8217;<strong>Irr&eacute;ssitible<\/strong> &agrave; base de jus de framboise bio.<\/p>\n<p>Imagin&eacute; aux <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.coteaux-nantais.com\/fr\/epicerie\/compotes-purees\" target=\"_blank\">C&ocirc;teaux Nantais<\/a><\/strong>, ces cidres sont donc <strong>BIO<\/strong>, 33cl de go&ucirc;t avec des pommes bio locales (et le jus de framboise BIO pour l&#8217;Irr&eacute;sistible), une marque fra&icirc;che, jeune&nbsp;et p&eacute;tillante au look funky!&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Je pense qu&#8217;il va tr&egrave;s vite s&#8217;inviter lors de vos ap&eacute;ros en terrasse!&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Frouezh m&#8217;a &eacute;t&eacute; livr&eacute; en main propre, j&#8217;ai trouv&eacute; &ccedil;a sympa de pouvoir &eacute;changer sur la marque et je vais probablement bient&ocirc;t me rendre aux C&ocirc;teaux Nantais pour visiter tout &ccedil;a, je vous en parlerai sur ma page Instagram \ud83d\ude09 (d&#8217;ailleurs si vous pouviez partager ma page, j&#8217;aimerai arriver au 2000&#8230; voir m&ecirc;me 5000 mais bon, petits &agrave; petis ah ah ah)<\/p>\n<p>La pizza que je vous propose sera parfaite a r&eacute;aliser &agrave; la derni&egrave;re minute!&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Enfin il faudra quand m&ecirc;me pr&eacute;voir le temps de cuisson&#8230;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>J&#8217;ai d&eacute;j&agrave; 1 <strong>p&acirc;te &agrave; pizza<\/strong> (oui je l&#8217;avoue par cette chaleur j&#8217;ai eu la flemme&#8230;.Boooooouuuuuuuu)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1\/2 <strong>cur&eacute; Nantais<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 6 tranches de <strong>poitrines fines fum&eacute;es<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>origan s&eacute;ch&eacute;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 2 cuill&egrave;res &agrave; soupe de <strong>cr&egrave;me fra&icirc;che<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 petit oignon &eacute;minc&eacute; (facultatif, j&#8217;ai oubli&eacute; de le mettre&#8230; la blonde dans toute sa splendeur!)<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/latambouilledebouille.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/120707934-1.jpg?w=1200&#038;ssl=1\" border=\"0\" alt=\"pizza-creme-cure&#769;-nantais-lard-origan\" class=\"widthadapted nonealign\"><\/p>\n<p>Pr&eacute;chauffer le four &agrave; 220&deg;.<\/p>\n<p>&Eacute;taler votre p&acirc;te, tartiner de cr&egrave;me fra&icirc;che, disposer le fromage coup&eacute; en lamelles, ainsi que les tranches de poitrines fum&eacute;es en morceaux.<\/p>\n<p>Saupoudrer d&#8217;origan s&eacute;ch&eacute; (il va falloir que je recommande le mien, je suis amoureuse de l&#8217;origan grec de <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/mykalios.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Kalios<\/a><\/strong> que j&#8217;avais gagn&eacute; lors d&#8217;un concours)<\/p>\n<p>Enfourner votre pizza et cuire 10 &agrave; 15 minutes selon les indications sur votre p&acirc;te.<\/p>\n<p>D&eacute;guster avec une belle salade (ici une m&acirc;che Nantaise forc&eacute;ment!) ou couper en carr&eacute;s pour servir &agrave; l&#8217;ap&eacute;ro!&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Bon app&eacute;tit!&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>On se retrouve dimanche pour un article un peu sp&eacute;cial&#8230; sp&eacute;cial Tour de France dans le Nord!!!
