Bonjour bonjour,
De retour sur le blog avec une d\u00e9licieuse pavlova cr\u00e8me orange !
Un vrai bonheur, une bonne meringue, de la chantilly mascarpone et vanille, de l’orange curd, des quartiers de cl\u00e9mentines, des brisures de biscuits petits beurre et du chocolat r\u00e2p\u00e9.
Tout est r\u00e9uni pour faire un bon dessert!<\/p>

La pavlova fait vraiment partie des valeurs s\u00fbres, d\u00e9clinables en plein de versions, c’est vraiment sympa et \u00e7a fini bien un repas.
Je l’ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 pour le r\u00e9veillon et nous nous sommes tous r\u00e9gal\u00e9s!
C’\u00e9tait vraiment d\u00e9licieux!<\/p>

Et ce n’est pas si compliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser!
Un peu d’organisation, du temps et c’est tout bon!
M\u00eame si, promis, vous ne resterez pas la journ\u00e9e en cuisine pour ce dessert!<\/p>

La pavlova<\/h2>

La pavlova a \u00e9t\u00e9 invent\u00e9e en hommage \u00e0 une danseuse russe, Anna Pavlova.
La paternit\u00e9 de ce dessert est disput\u00e9 entre l’Australie et la Nouvelle-Z\u00e9lande, il semblerait que se soit cette derni\u00e8re qui remporte le match…
Mais je ne prendrai pas partie sur le sujet Ah Ah Ah<\/p>

Cette d\u00e9licieuse pavlova cr\u00e8me orange est vraiment un pur bonheur mais j’en ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 ici!
Je vous propose de les revoir!<\/p>

Tout d’abord la d\u00e9clinaison directe de la recette du jour, la pavlova fa\u00e7on tarte citron<\/a><\/strong>.
Une pavlova<\/strong> fraise et vodka<\/strong><\/a>, originale est tellement bonne!
Il y a \u00e9galement la pavlova fraises, myrtilles et sirop de sapin<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>

Revenons \u00e0 notre d\u00e9licieuse pavlova cr\u00e8me orange<\/h2>

Il vous suffira d’un peu d’organisation pour r\u00e9aliser cette recette, j’ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 la cr\u00e8me orange en avance, la veille pour avoir le minimum a faire le soir m\u00eame.
La meringue a \u00e9t\u00e9 faite le matin, j’ai mont\u00e9 la pavlova dans l’apr\u00e8s-midi et je l’ai sorti au moins 1h avant de servir.
Mais c’est un dessert qui peut se r\u00e9aliser un peu avant de le d\u00e9guster.
La cr\u00e9me \u00e0 l’orange saupoudrer de chocolat noir r\u00e2p\u00e9 c’est un vrai bonheur, un petit go\u00fbt d’orangettes.
Je trouvais \u00e7a parfait pout le r\u00e9veillon de No\u00ebl!
Bien \u00e9videmment elle peut se d\u00e9guster \u00e0 d’autres moment!<\/p>

Je dois m\u00eame avouer que pour mon anniversaire, qui approche \u00e0 grands pas, j’h\u00e9site entre pavlova et trop\u00e9zienne… \ud83d\ude02
