Elle est ultra gourmande avec sa mousse \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me de marron, son insert caramel, son croustillant chocolat et ses 2 biscuits madeleine…

Je vous pr\u00e9viens, cette b\u00fbche peut se r\u00e9aliser en avance, elle se garde au cong\u00e9lateur jusqu’au moment de servir!

Comme cela on peut profiter pleinement du moment!
Pour ma part, je vais r\u00e9aliser un naked cake cette ann\u00e9e, mais vous verrez \u00e7a plus tard Ah Ah Ah<\/p>

Cette b\u00fbche est vraiment simple a faire, j’ai utilis\u00e9 le kit b\u00fbche et tapis effet bois Silikomart<\/a><\/strong> offert par Ma Spatule.
Et un moule \u00e0 insert, Ma Spatule<\/a><\/strong> lui aussi.
Je peux vous dire que je me suis coll\u00e9e une pression, compl\u00e9tement inutile, pour cette b\u00fbche.
Je voulais qu’elle soit r\u00e9ussie et c’est le cas!
Elle a d’ailleurs \u00e9t\u00e9 valid\u00e9 par le plus jeune critique culinaire, mon fils Louis Ah Ah Ah
Monsieur a d\u00e9taill\u00e9 la b\u00fbche tel un pro pour donner son avis (heureusement j’ai eu 10 000 \u00e9toiles…?)
Louis est fan de Chef Etchebest et Chef Lignac ?<\/p>
