Bonjour bonjour,
Aujourd’hui une id\u00e9e de recette pour votre menu de No\u00ebl, une b\u00fbche No\u00ebl Ch\u00e8vre Saumon<\/strong>.
C’est plut\u00f4t simple a r\u00e9aliser, id\u00e9ale pour une entr\u00e9e tout en fra\u00eecheur!
Pas lourd pour r\u00e9ussir a aller jusqu’\u00e0 la fin du repas sans trop de mal Ah Ah Ah
On a litt\u00e9ralement craqu\u00e9 sur cette recette quand on l’a vu dans le Marmiton<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>

On la un peu modifi\u00e9, en ajoutant du fromage de ch\u00e8re, en supprimant le cerfeuil et en ajoutant des baies roses dans la pr\u00e9paration.
D’ailleurs je dois pr\u00e9ciser que c’est David qui a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 la majeure partie de cette b\u00fbche.
Il avait envie de faire la recette et de le faire avant pour \u00eatre sur que la b\u00fbche tienne…

Pour votre menu de f\u00eates<\/h2>

Vous pouvez donc proposer cette b\u00fbche No\u00ebl ch\u00e8vre saumon en entr\u00e9e mais pour les autres plats?
Pourquoi pas des roul\u00e9s ap\u00e9ro, ch\u00e8vre et oignons caram\u00e9lis\u00e9s<\/a><\/strong>.
Pour le plat pourquoi pas un filet mignon farci au morbier<\/a><\/strong> ou une blanquette de saumon<\/a><\/strong>.
Ou encore un poulet au vin jaune<\/a><\/strong>!
Nous, on va faire une carbonnade flamande… \u00e7a fait longtemps que j’ai envie d’en refaire une.
Pour le dessert, vous pouvez r\u00e9aliser une b\u00fbche vanille\/caramel<\/a><\/strong>, des cupcakes vanille et cr\u00e8me de marron<\/a><\/strong> ou encore un palet breton avec ganache Dulcey<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>

Revenons \u00e0 notre b\u00fbche No\u00ebl Ch\u00e8vre Saumon<\/h2>

Pour r\u00e9aliser cette b\u00fbche je vous recommande le moule \u00e0 b\u00fbche Silikomart de Ma Spatule<\/a><\/strong>.
Avec ce moule \u00e7a va \u00eatre tellement plus simple.
Croyez moi \ud83d\ude09 <\/p>

Nous on avait qu’une peur c’est que tout s’\u00e9tale au d\u00e9moulage…
Voil\u00e0 pourquoi on l’a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en avance!
Et \u00e0 notre plus grande joie, le d\u00e9moulage \u00e9tait parfait!
Vous pouvez r\u00e9aliser votre propre pain de mie<\/a><\/strong> mais mon moule est trop petit donc on en a achet\u00e9 un (le petit regret de ce plat).<\/p>

Je vous conseille aussi de pr\u00e9voir un peu de tranches de saumon fum\u00e9 au cas o\u00f9! Il faut pouvoir bien tapisser le moule. David avait choisi des grandes tranches de saumon fum\u00e9, c’\u00e9tait impeccable.<\/p>
