Bonjour bonjour!<\/p>

Aujourd’hui une recette toute en gourmandise et fra\u00eecheur, des couronnes gourmandes, en forme de t\u00eate de Minnie, de choux chantilly et de fraises<\/strong>.
Un vrai bonheur, aussi bien a regarder qu’\u00e0 manger \ud83d\ude09 <\/p>

J’ai eu envie de faire ces couronnes en voyant la photo du programme “decorating Disney holiday magic” sur Disney+, pourtant ce n’est pas une couronne dessus mais j’ai pens\u00e9 imm\u00e9diatement \u00e0 \u00e7a.
Parfois il ne faut pas chercher \u00e0 comprendre Ah Ah Ah<\/p>

Me voici donc un dimanche matin, a pocher des couronnes de choux en forme de t\u00eate de Minnie.
J’avais envie d’un dessert gourmand et fruit\u00e9 mais frais aussi.
Mettre des fraises fra\u00eeches et surtout de la menthe, apporte cette fra\u00eecheur et c’est un vrai bonheur.
Je suis accro \u00e0 la chantilly mascarpone, j’adore \u00e7a et elle se tient vraiment bien.<\/p>

Et puis les choux, les enfants en raffolent, je fais souvent choux ou chouquettes <\/strong><\/a>je dois dire!
D’ailleurs je vous en ai propos\u00e9 il y a peu de temps avec les choux craquelins et ganache mont\u00e9e chocolat pralin\u00e9<\/strong><\/a> mais vous pouvez aussi revoir les choux chantilly et chocolat<\/strong><\/a> ou les choux aliens de Toy Story (pour rester dans le Disney)<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>

J’ai utilis\u00e9 mon Kitchenaid <\/strong><\/a>pour r\u00e9aliser la recette mais elle se r\u00e9alise tr\u00e8s bien \u00e0 la main aussi, rassurez vous.
Pour les poches \u00e0 douilles, maryse, rouleau \u00e0 patisserie et d\u00e9corations en sucre \u00e7a vient de Ma Spatule<\/strong><\/a>, vous avez toujours -10% sur votre commande avec le code BOUILLEDEGUM10<\/strong>. (et non je ne touche pas d’argent pour faire de la pub).<\/p>
