Bonjour les gourmands et gourmandes! <\/p>\n

J’espère que vous allez bien, aujourd’hui une recette toute simple pour le goûter des kids ou l’heure du thé, un gâteau moelleux à l’orange<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Une recette simple e rapide, vous savez que j’adore vous proposer des recettes de ce style, elle a été très apprécié par Louis et Alice, nous également mais disons qu’on en a pas eu beaucoup par rapport à eux ah ah ah<\/p>\n

Je fais toujours ce gâteau dans un plat allant au four, je trouve ça plus pratique, il ne faut pas en choisir un trop grand sinon le gâteau sera vraiment fin.<\/p>\n

Sur le dessus on coule un sirop maison à l’orange qui ajoute une note sucrée et acidulée au gâteau et se marie parfaitement avec le côté moelleux.<\/p>\n

Bref je suis totalement fan de ce gâteau, j’adore le faire mais je ne vous l’avez jamais présenté ici! <\/p>\n

Je répare donc cette erreur \ud83d\ude09 <\/p>\n

Si vous êtes à la recherche d’autres gâteaux pour le goûter des kids je vous invite a revoir le cake chocolat<\/a><\/strong> (oui ici c’est un incontournable on le réalise minimum 1 fois par mois avec Louis), le gâteau fromage blanc<\/a><\/strong>, le cake coco<\/a><\/strong> ou encore mon fameux marbré au chocolat<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

INGRÉDIENTS:<\/span><\/p>\n

– 50g de beurre<\/strong> mou + un peu pour le moule<\/p>\n

– 100g de sucre<\/strong> en poudre + 2 cuillères à soupe<\/p>\n

– 2 oeufs<\/strong><\/p>\n

– 120g de farine<\/strong><\/p>\n

– 2 oranges<\/strong> + le zeste<\/strong><\/p>\n

Préchauffer le four à 160°.<\/p>\n

Fouetter le beurre avec le sucre afin que le mélange blanchisse.<\/p>\n

Incorporer les oeufs un par un, puis la farine, les zestes d’orange et le jus d’une demi orange (le reste ira dans le sirop).<\/p>\n

Bien mélanger.<\/p>\n

Beurrer le moule et verser la pâte.<\/p>\n

Enfourner pour 35 minutes.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Presser les oranges dans une casserole avec les 2 cuillères à soupe de sucre.<\/p>\n

Porter à ébullition 5 minutes et retirer du feu.<\/p>\n

Verser ce sirop chaud sur le gâteau dés la sortie du four.<\/p>\n

Servir froid.<\/p>\n
