Mais avec des l&eacute;gumes! <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Je me suis inspir&eacute;e d&#8217;une recette trouv&eacute;e dans le livre &#8220;Cuisine de Bistrot&#8221; aux &eacute;ditions SOLAR. Je dis &#8220;inspir&eacute;e&#8221; car j&#8217;ai l&eacute;g&egrave;rement (hum) midifi&eacute; la recette originale! <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">En tout cas c&#8217;est un vrai r&eacute;gal! Une fois de plus c&#8217;est une recette rapide, qui ne n&eacute;cessite pas des heures de pr&eacute;paration en cuisine. Je vous assure, c&#8217;est un vrai d&eacute;lice!!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">INGREDIENTS:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">(pour 4 personnes)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1 rouleau de p&acirc;te feuillet&eacute;e<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">4 petits poireaux<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">6 pommes de terre type Charlotte<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1 oignon<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1 jaune d&#8217;oeuf (ou du lait)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">3 cuill&egrave;re &agrave; soupe de cr&egrave;me fra&icirc;che &eacute;paisse<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1 noix de beurre<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1 camembert entier<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Poivre<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Ciboulette Fra&icirc;che<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Eau<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/latambouilledebouille.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/83318875_p-1.jpg?resize=550%2C550&#038;ssl=1\" border=\"0\" alt=\"tourte\" width=\"550\" height=\"550\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Nettoyez les poireaux, &eacute;pluchez les pommes de terre et l&#8217;oignon. Coupez tous les l&eacute;gumes en petits morceaux.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Dans une cocotte, faire cuire les l&eacute;gumes avec le beurre et 5cL d&#8217;eau pendant environ 10 min.Poivrer. A feu doux, ajouter la cr&eacute;me fra&icirc;che et 1\/2 camembert (sans la cro&ucirc;te, on en a laiss&eacute; un petit peu) en d&eacute;s. Bien m&eacute;langer. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Pr&eacute;chauffez votre four &agrave; 180&deg;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">R&eacute;partir la pr&eacute;paration dans des cocottes individuelles (nous on a que ces plats rectangulaires). Ajouter le reste du camembert en petit d&eacute;s, poivrer et agr&eacute;menter de ciboulette cisel&eacute;e.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">D&eacute;coupez la p&acirc;te feuillet&eacute;e un peu plus grand que la taille de vos plats, d&eacute;posez sur les plats en faisant attention de ne pas trop tirer, vous pouvez faire quelques d&eacute;corations &agrave; l&#8217;aide d&#8217;une pointe de couteau si vous le d&eacute;sirez. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Il faut que la p&acirc;te feuillet&eacute;e adh&egrave;re bien aux moules.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Badigeonner de jaune d&#8217;oeuf ou de lait.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Enfourner pour un bon 20 min.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Servir chaud avec une salade.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">R&eacute;galez vous!!! <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\ud83d\ude42 <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/latambouilledebouille.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/83318905_p-1.jpg?resize=550%2C550&#038;ssl=1\" border=\"0\" alt=\"tourte3\" width=\"550\" height=\"550\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">A la sortie du four&#8230; Mioummm, quand on approche le nez, &ccedil;a sent fortement bon!!
