Mais un plat tellement boooonnnnn!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Et puis comme d&#8217;habitude, un plat familial, peu co&ucirc;teux, qui r&eacute;galera tout le monde!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">En plus tr&egrave;s simple &agrave; r&eacute;aliser, m&ecirc;me si la prochaine fois j&#8217;utiliserai des &eacute;pinards frais et je mettrai un peu de b&eacute;chamel sur le dessus \ud83d\ude42<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" height=\"300\" width=\"300\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/latambouilledebouille.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/84126900_p-1.jpg?fit=300%2C300&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">INGREDIENTS:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">(pour 4 &agrave; 5 personnes)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">500 g de Ricotta<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">500 g d&#8217;&eacute;pinards (j&#8217;avais pris en bo&icirc;te, ils &eacute;taient moches au rayon frais)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1 noix de beurre<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">2 &agrave; 3 pav&eacute;s de saumon (je pense tester avec du saumon fum&eacute; la prochaine fois)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">3 cuill&egrave;re &agrave; soupe de cr&egrave;me fra&icirc;che<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">140 g de parmesan (ou plus, c&#8217;est selon votre go&ucirc;t!)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">5 baies<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Ciboulette (fra&icirc;che si vous avez se sera encore meilleur)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Des cannellonis pr&ecirc;t &agrave; farcir<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Sel<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Poivre<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/latambouilledebouille.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/84126934_p-1.jpg?resize=550%2C550&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"cannelloni\" width=\"550\" height=\"550\" border=\"0\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Dans une grande casserole, faire revenir les &eacute;pinards avec un peu de beurre. Ajouter ensuite la cr&egrave;me fra&icirc;che et la ricotta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">J&#8217;ai fait pocher mes pav&eacute;s de saumon dans de l&#8217;eau bouillante avec un peu de thym et de grain de poivre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">J&#8217;ai ensuite &#8220;effilocher&#8221; mon saumon que j&#8217;ai ajouter &agrave; ma pr&eacute;paration.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Ajouter, le sel, le poivre, les 5 baies, la ciboulette, bien m&eacute;langer et rectifier l&#8217;assaisonnement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Vous pouvez ajouter un peu de parmesan dans la pr&eacute;paration.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Dans des plats individuels allant au four (ou dans un grand plat), mettre un fond de pr&eacute;paration, farcir les cannellonis (j&#8217;en avais compt&eacute; 3\/personne), r&eacute;partir le reste de pr&eacute;paration sur les cannellonis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">L&agrave;, vous pouvez ajouter un peu de B&eacute;chamel si vous le souhaitez, moi j&#8217;ai juste parsemer de copeaux de parmesan.
