Je garde donc mon &#8220;une fois tous les 10 ans&#8221; ah ah ah<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/latambouilledebouille.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/85196142_p-1.jpg?resize=600%2C600&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"gigot3\" width=\"600\" height=\"600\" border=\"0\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">INGREDIENTS:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1 gigot de 1,5kg<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">4 gousses d&#8217;ail<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">4 brin &nbsp;de thym frais<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1 bouquet de basilic frais<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">3 cuill&egrave;res &agrave; soupe de sauce soja<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">3 cuill&egrave;res &agrave; soupe de pignon de pin<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">5 cuill&egrave;res &agrave; soupe d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive (+ de l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive pour arroser le gigot)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">4 brins de persil frais<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Herbes de Provence<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/latambouilledebouille.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/85196257_p-1.jpg?resize=443%2C600&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"gigot\" width=\"443\" height=\"600\" border=\"0\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Piquer d&#8217;ail votre gigot.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Pr&eacute;chauffer votre four &agrave; 220&deg;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Inciser le gigot et le mettre au four pour 15 minutes sans mati&egrave;re grasse. Le gras va &#8220;nourrir&#8221; la viande et l&#8217;a rendre moelleuse.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Sortir le gigot, arroser le d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive et parsemer d&#8217;herbes de Provence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Enfourner de nouveau pour 15 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Pendant ce temps, mettre dans un mixer, l&#8217;ail restant, le basilic, le thym, la sauce soja, l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive, le persil et les pignons de pin.
