De plus &ccedil;a faisait tr&egrave;s longtemps que j&#8217;avais envie d&#8217;essayer de faire des bagels. Mais &agrave; chaque fois je repoussai, en me disant que la p&acirc;te c&#8217;est quand m&ecirc;me du boulot, est-ce que &ccedil;a va plaire chez moi, etc&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Puis, pendant un week-end &agrave; Paris, <a href=\"http:\/\/dellelicious.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Myleneuh<\/a>,&nbsp;qui en avait pris un aux Halles, m&#8217;a tellement fait saliver avec que je me suis dit qu&#8217;il fallait que je tente!&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Il y a eu aussi la g&eacute;nialissime <a href=\"http:\/\/pimentoiseau.canalblog.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Piment Oiseau<\/a> qui en a post&eacute; sur Instagram et m&ecirc;me <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hellocoton.fr\/bagels-maison-en-recettes-g468\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Hellocoton<\/a>&nbsp;qui en a fait un dossier sp&eacute;cial! Bref, je ne pouvais plus reculer, la gourmandise a &eacute;t&eacute; plus forte que moi!! Ah ah ah<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">J&#8217;ai d&eacute;cid&eacute; d&#8217;en faire des tout simple, au saumon.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Pour la p&acirc;te, j&#8217;imagine qu&#8217;on peut en trouver des tout fait mais moi j&#8217;avais vraiment envie de me lancer dans l&#8217;aventure du fait maison.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">On y va? \ud83d\ude42&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/latambouilledebouille.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/85678383_p-1.jpg?resize=600%2C600&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"bagel\" width=\"600\" height=\"600\" border=\"0\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">INGREDIENTS:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">(pour 6 bagels)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">500 g de farine<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">25 cL d&#8217;eau ti&egrave;de<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">2 sachets de levure de boulanger<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">3 cuill&egrave;res &agrave; soupe d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">2 cuill&egrave;res &agrave; caf&eacute; de sel<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1 oeuf<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">s&eacute;same\/pignons\/&#8230; (facultatif)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/latambouilledebouille.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/85678439_p-1.jpg?resize=600%2C600&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"bagel2\" width=\"600\" height=\"600\" border=\"0\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Dans un saladier, m&eacute;langer la farine avec les 2 sachets de levure de boulanger et le sel. Faire un puit. Verser l&#8217;eau et l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive. M&eacute;langer un peu avec une fourchette ou une cuill&egrave;re en bois puis p&eacute;trissez &agrave; la main pendant 10 bonnes minutes pour obtenir une p&acirc;te lisse et homog&egrave;ne, relativement &eacute;lastique. Si elle colle trop rajouter un peu de farine. Former une boule de p&acirc;te, couvrir et laisser lever pendant environ 1h30.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">P&eacute;trir la p&acirc;te de nouveau, diviser en 6 boules. Couvrir et laisser reposer 5 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Aplatir les boules et former vos bagels. Soit vous faites des boudins de p&acirc;tes que vous r&eacute;unissez soit vous faites un trou dans votre boule de p&acirc;te, j&#8217;ai choisit cette derni&egrave;re option.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Laisser reposer encore 15 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Faites pr&eacute;chauffer votre four &agrave; 200&deg;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Dans une casserole, porter de l&#8217;eau &agrave; &eacute;bullition, y plonger les bagels 1 par 1 (maxi 2 par 2), ils flotteront, les laisser cuire 1 minutes par face.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Les &eacute;goutter puis les d&eacute;poser sur une plaque de four avec papier sulfuris&eacute;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Battre l&#8217;oeuf en omelette et en badigeonner les Bagels, ajouter s&eacute;same ou pignons &agrave; ce moment l&agrave;, ceci est facultatif.
