J&#8217;&eacute;tais toute ravie, aussi bien quand j&#8217;ai appris que j&#8217;avais gagn&eacute; que lorsque j&#8217;ai re&ccedil;u le colis!<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Surtout que ce livre &eacute;tait dans ma liste au P&egrave;re-No&euml;l&#8230; mais il a du l&#8217;oublier! Snif&nbsp;(Vilain le P&egrave;re-No&euml;l parfois&#8230; ah ah ah)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">En feuilletant le livre j&#8217;avais envie de tout faire, puis je me suis arr&ecirc;t&eacute;e sur une recette toute simple, le Quatre-Quart au citron.&nbsp;<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Vraiment simple mais c&#8217;&eacute;tait pile ce que je voulais manger pour mon tea time! Parfait donc!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas Christophe Felder, il s&#8217;agit juste de l&#8217;un des plus grands chefs p&acirc;tissiers! La classe quoi! (oui je le v&eacute;n&egrave;re, un peu, beaucoup, passionn&eacute;ment, &agrave; la folie&#8230; &lt;3)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Bien, passons le moment &#8220;fangirl&#8221; et revenons &agrave; notre recette!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">J&#8217;y ai apport&eacute; quelques petits changements, par exemple dans le livre ils utilisent de l&#8217;all&eacute;g&eacute; et je ne suis pas une adepte. Le sucralose oui car c&#8217;est naturel, au contraire je trouve que c&#8217;est une tr&egrave;s bonne alternative au sucre (10g de Sucralose = 100g de sucre (les calories en moins) le choix est vite fait!) mais par contre l&#8217;all&eacute;g&eacute; c&#8217;est pas mon truc. Je pr&eacute;f&egrave;re manger en plus petite quantit&eacute; mais je privil&eacute;gie le go&ucirc;t. (choix personnel bien entendu!!)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Bon, ceci &eacute;tant dit, je suis s&ucirc;re que vous vous demander si le sucralose c&#8217;est bon?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">La r&eacute;ponse est OUI, un vrai grand oui! Je suis tr&egrave;s contente d&#8217;avoir pu d&eacute;couvrir ce produit (merci CANDEREL!)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/latambouilledebouille.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/86211360_p-1.jpg?resize=600%2C600&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"quatre-quartcitronfelder\" width=\"600\" height=\"600\" border=\"0\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">INGREDIENTS:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">4 oeufs<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">100g de sucre semoule <span style=\"color: #993366;\">(je n&#8217;en ai mis que que 70g!)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">15g de Sucralose CANDEREL<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1 pinc&eacute;e de sel fin<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">100g de cr&egrave;me l&eacute;g&egrave;re liquide <span style=\"color: #993366;\">(je n&#8217;avais que de la cr&egrave;me &eacute;paisse j&#8217;ai donc remplac&eacute; par &ccedil;a)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">2 zestes de citron <span style=\"color: #993366;\">(j&#8217;ai ajout&eacute; le jus d&#8217;un citron)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">190g de farine<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">4g de levure chimique<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">70g de beurre all&eacute;g&eacute; <span style=\"color: #993366;\">(j&#8217;ai mis du beurre normal)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: #993366;\">Pour cette recette, je vais vous recopier celle du livre en ajoutant mes notes perso! \ud83d\ude42&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/latambouilledebouille.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/86211873_p-1.jpg?resize=600%2C600&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"quatre-quartcitronfelder3\" width=\"600\" height=\"600\" border=\"0\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Pr&eacute;chauffer le four &agrave; 180&deg;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Faites fondre le beurre all&eacute;g&eacute; <span style=\"color: #993366;\">(ou non)<\/span> dans une casserole, r&eacute;server.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">R&acirc;per les zestes de citron finement. <span style=\"color: #993366;\">Presser le jus d&#8217;un citron<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Tamiser la farine avec la levure chimique <span style=\"color: #993366;\">(je n&#8217;ai rien pour tamiser \ud83d\ude41 snif j&#8217;ai donc du sauter cette &eacute;tape)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Verser les oeufs dans un saladier avec le CANDEREL Sucralose et le sucre semoule, fouetter &agrave; l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un batteur &eacute;lectrique afin d&#8217;obtenir une mousse onctueuse.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Ajouter les zestes de citron, le sel, la cr&egrave;me l&eacute;g&egrave;re liquide <span style=\"color: #993366;\">(ou la cr&egrave;me &eacute;paisse comme moi)<\/span>, <span style=\"color: #993366;\">le jus de citron<\/span>, et m&eacute;langer d&eacute;licatement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Verser le m&eacute;lange farine\/levure en pluie, remuer en m&ecirc;me temps, incorporer le beurre all&eacute;g&eacute; fondu ti&egrave;de <span style=\"color: #993366;\">(ou le beurre classique)<\/span>. M&eacute;langer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Mixer 5 secondes si le m&eacute;lange comporte des grumeaux.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Beurrer un moule &agrave; cake et tapisser le de papier sulfuris&eacute; <span style=\"color: #993366;\">(j&#8217;ai pris un moule en silicone donc j&#8217;ai saut&eacute; cette &eacute;tape)<\/span>, verser la p&acirc;te dans le moule.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Cuire 10 minutes, puis baisser &agrave; 160&deg; et poursuivre la cuisson 40 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">V&eacute;rifier la cuisson en enfon&ccedil;ant la pointe d&#8217;un couteau au centre du cake, elle doit ressortir s&egrave;che.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">R&acirc;per du zeste de citron pour d&eacute;corer le dessus du cake. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: #993366;\">(J&#8217;aimerai que Monsieur Felder m&#8217;envoie des citrons qui se zestent autant que sur la photo du livre&#8230; moi &ccedil;a faisait 3 bouts qui se battent en duel, j&#8217;ai donc d&eacute;cider de saupoudrer les parts directement).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">D&eacute;guster &agrave; temp&eacute;rature ambiante.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/latambouilledebouille.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/86211942_p-1.jpg?resize=600%2C600&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"quatre-quartcitronfelder2\" width=\"600\" height=\"600\" border=\"0\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Voil&agrave;, alors verdict? Le g&acirc;teau est vraiment bon, moelleux, peu sucr&eacute;, une pointe d&#8217;acidit&eacute; tr&egrave;s appr&eacute;ciable. Ce quatre-quart est tr&egrave;s parfum&eacute; je ne regrette pas de l&#8217;avoir essay&eacute;, c&#8217;est un vrai r&eacute;gal! Merci CANDEREL et merci M.Felder pour ces superbes recettes (oui j&#8217;arr&ecirc;te de faire ma fangirl).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">En tout cas ce livre est tr&egrave;s int&eacute;ressant, gourmand mais di&eacute;t&eacute;tique, parfait! Bon, &eacute;tant moi m&ecirc;me au r&eacute;gime, je ne suis tout de m&ecirc;me pas adepte de l&#8217;all&egrave;g&eacute; donc forc&eacute;ment je r&eacute;adapte &agrave; ma fa&ccedil;on, comme dit plus haut, je pr&eacute;f&egrave;re manger en plus petite quantit&eacute; mais avec du go&ucirc;t! \ud83d\ude42&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Par contre je pense utiliser le Sucralose CANDEREL dans d&#8217;autres pr&eacute;parations, cela me semble &ecirc;tre une tr&egrave;s bonne alternative et, pour avoir go&ucirc;t&eacute; &#8220;cru&#8221; le go&ucirc;t est vraiment tr&egrave;s proche du sucre! Vraiment, c&#8217;est un produit ultra int&eacute;ressant!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Voil&agrave;, je suis super contente d&#8217;avoir gagn&eacute; ce concours, merci CANDEREL! Je ne manquerai pas d&#8217;approfondir le cas Sucralose!
