Bonjour mes petits gastronomes!!<\/span><\/p>\n

J’espère que vous avez passé un bon week-end, David et moi sommes allés dans sa famille en Picardie, samedi il a fait très beau et très chaud mais malheureusement le dimanche il a plut énormément! Ca ne nous a pas empêché d’aller à la Brocante et j’ai eu une jolie bouilloire en alu, je l’a retape un peu et vous l’a verrez bientôt apparaître! <\/span><\/p>\n

Pour commencer la journée tout doucement je vais vous parler d’un gâteau que ma Maman me préparait enfant et qu’elle continue de faire tellement on l’adore, le gâteau marbré! <\/span><\/p>\n

Je sais que vosu saliver déjà d’avance donc je ne m’attarde pas en blabla \ud83d\ude09 <\/span><\/p>\n

Dans les ingrédients je vous met tout x2, c’est tout simplement parce que vous devez réaliser 2 pâtes différentes. (et c’est là que je bave sur les robots ménager type KitchenAid <3 mon rêve!! ah ah ah)

INGREDIENTS:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

2x 125g de beurre<\/span><\/p>\n

2x 250g de sucre<\/span><\/p>\n

2x 3 jaunes d’oeufs<\/span><\/p>\n

2x 3 blancs d’oeufs montés en neige<\/span><\/p>\n

2x 1\/2 tasse de lait<\/span><\/p>\n

2x 250g de farine<\/span><\/p>\n

2x 1\/2 sachet de levure<\/span><\/p>\n

1 sachet de sucre vanillé<\/span><\/p>\n

100g de cacao<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

Commencer par mélanger le beurre, le sucre, les jaunes d’oeufs, le lait, la farine, la levure et le sucre vanillé.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bien mélanger!<\/span><\/p>\n

Incorporer ensuite les blancs montés en neige, mélanger de nouveau.<\/span><\/p>\n

Faîtes la même chose que pour la 1ére préparation mais en remplaçant le sucre vanillé par du cacao en poudre.<\/span><\/p>\n

Utiliser un moule à cake (s’il n’est pas en silicone il vaut mieux le beurré avant), alterner les cuillères à soupe de pâte blanche et de pâte chocolat.<\/span><\/p>\n

Enfourner pour 1h environ à 140°.<\/span><\/p>\n

Vérifier la cuisson en cours de cuisson pour ne pas qu’il cuise trop.<\/span><\/p>\n

Laisser le un peu refroidir et déguster le tiède ou frais.<\/span><\/p>\n
