Bonjour bonjour!<\/span><\/p>\n

Je suis rentrée de ma semaine picarde, je vais donc tenter de reprendre une activité normale de blog \ud83d\ude42 <\/span><\/p>\n

Pour commencer doucement, je vous propose une recette de sandwich frais.<\/span><\/p>\n

C’est celui que je me suis fait pour partir et je me suis franchement régalé!<\/span><\/p>\n

Pour certains faire un sandwich c’est un casse-tête, pâté? rillette? jambon-beurre? jambon-beurre-gruyère? rosette? Et bien pour moi, un sandwich ça doit être rapide, facile à manger et goûteux! Avec la chaleur qu’il faisait je n’avais pas du tout envie d’un sandwich avec du beurre ni de la charcuterie. J’ai donc opté pour du poulet, du yaourt, des concombres et de la mozzarella.<\/span><\/p>\n

Un sandwich tout en fraîcheur et gourmandise, il devrait vous plaire!<\/span><\/p>\n

INGRÉDIENTS:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

(pour 1 sandwich)<\/span><\/p>\n

– baguette<\/span><\/p>\n

– 1 boule de mozzarella (voir 1\/2 boule, ça dépend de la taille du sandwich)<\/span><\/p>\n

– 1 petite escalope de poulet<\/span><\/p>\n

– yaourt nature (type yaourt à la grec ou fromage blanc)<\/span><\/p>\n

– ciboulette<\/span><\/p>\n

– quelques tranches de concombres<\/span><\/p>\n

– poivre<\/span><\/p>\n

Commencer par faire griller votre poulet. Il doit être froid pour être mis dans le sandwich! (je l’avais fait la veille le poulet)<\/span><\/p>\n

Couper la baguette à la taille de sandwich voulu, fendre un des deux côtés pour ouvrir la baguette.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tartiner de yaourt (n’en mettez pas trois tonnes hein), ajouter les rondelles de concombres.<\/span><\/p>\n

Couper la mozzarella en tranches et disposer dans le sandwich, faites de même avec le poulet, poivrer, parsemer de ciboulette fraîche et voilà!<\/span><\/p>\n

Votre sandwich est prêt à être dégusté!!<\/span><\/p>\n
