Un plat d&#8217;apparence simple mais qui va faire mouche devant vos convives, un plat simple qui pla&icirc;t aussi bien aux grands qu&#8217;aux petits&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Je vais vous parler de parmentier de canard. Je vous entend d&#8217;ici, quoi un vulgaire parmentier alors qu&#8217;elle n&#8217;a pas blogu&eacute; de la semaine mais elle est devenue folle la Bouille, et bien non je ne suis pas folle (enfin je crois) et c&#8217;est un plat que j&#8217;aime beaucoup r&eacute;aliser.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Je suis certaine que &ccedil;a va vous plaire!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Par contre le confit de canard ce n&#8217;est pas donn&eacute; donc forc&eacute;ment on en mange pas tout le temps&#8230; Raison de plus pour appr&eacute;cier ce plat avec un petit verre de vin (l&#8217;abus d&#8217;alcool est dangereux pour la sant&eacute; comme vous le savez).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">En tout cas vous allez voir c&#8217;est simplissime!!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" height=\"300\" width=\"300\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/latambouilledebouille.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/90386659_p-1.jpg?fit=300%2C300&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">INGR&Eacute;DIENTS:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">(pour 6 personnes)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8211; 10 cuisses de canard confites (j&#8217;ai pris en conserve)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8211; 2 carottes<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8211; 1 oignon<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8211; 2 &eacute;chalotes<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8211; 1 bon kilo de pommes de terre<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8211; beurre<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8211; lait<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8211; chapelure (ou gruy&eacute;re pour ceux qui aiment, personnellement je n&#8217;aime pas le parmentier avec gruy&egrave;re)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8211; poivre<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/latambouilledebouille.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/90386777_p-1.jpg?resize=442%2C600&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"canard2\" width=\"442\" height=\"600\" border=\"0\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Commencer par faire dorer vos cuisses de canard dans une po&ecirc;le, une fois bien dorer les retirer et r&eacute;cup&eacute;rer la viande.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">L&#8217;&eacute;ffilocher et r&eacute;server.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&Eacute;plucher et couper en petits cubes les carottes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&Eacute;mincer oignons et &eacute;chalotes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Retirer un peu de gras de la po&ecirc;le, y faire revenir oignons et &eacute;chalotes, une fois translucides ajouter les carottes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Baisser le feu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Au bout de 10 minutes, ajouter la viande de canard. Laisser mijoter &agrave; feu tr&egrave;s doux.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Faire cuire vos pommes de terre (que vous aurez &eacute;pluch&eacute; avant &eacute;videmment).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Pr&eacute;parer votre pur&eacute;e, mettre un peu de beurre et de lait, poivrer et saler (l&eacute;g&egrave;rement&nbsp;avec le sel).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Dans un plat allant au four (j&#8217;avais pris des individuels) mettre une fine couche de pur&eacute;e, ajouter le canard puis finir par une couche g&eacute;n&eacute;reuse de pur&eacute;e.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Parsemer de chapelure et mettre au four &agrave; 180&deg; pour environ 20\/25 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Servir chaud avec une bonne salade.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Bon app&eacute;tit!!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/latambouilledebouille.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/90386990-300x300.jpg?resize=448%2C600&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"canard3\" width=\"448\" height=\"600\" border=\"0\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">J&#8217;esp&egrave;re que cette recette vous plaira!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Cette semaine je vous parle de la sortie d&#8217;un livre de cuisine sur le safran&#8230; o&ugrave; 2 de mes recettes figurent!!!
