Hello les gourmands!! <\/span><\/p>\n

Pour la recette du jour, je dois dire que oui, je plaide coupable! Mais pourquoi? <\/span>
Tout simplement coupable de votre futur craquage gourmand ah ah ah<\/span><\/p>\n

La semaine dernière j’avais une furieuse envie de grignoter, dans ces cas là je me concentre sur autre chose ou je mange un fruit, une habitude que j’ai depuis des années je dois avouer…même si je m’autorise des petits goûters de temps en temps, mais là j’avais surtout envie de chocolat.<\/span><\/p>\n

Alors pour m’occuper je me suis lancée dans la confection de muffin au chocolat… et mini chamallow…<\/span><\/p>\n

Bah oui, ils étaient là dans le placard à me regarder avec leurs petits yeux vicieux (oui oui les chamallow on des yeux… vous savez les petits yeux mignons comme le chat potté… si si exprès pour que l’on craque…), ils étaient si insistants que je les ai ajouté dans mes muffins.<\/span><\/p>\n

Combo parfait je vous dis! Même si, ici, je vous propose de le faire avec les gros chamallow, j’en avais juste pas sous la main mais j’en avais déjà fait et j’avais tellement adoré… <\/span><\/p>\n

Bon, c’est parti pour un instant de plaisir?<\/span><\/p>\n

(on voit bien les mini chamallow colorés qui ont fondu… d’où l’intêrét des gros chamallow! ah ah ah)<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

INGRÉDIENTS:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

pour une dizaine de muffins<\/span><\/p>\n

– des chamallow<\/span><\/p>\n

– 200g de chocolat noir<\/span><\/p>\n

– 90g de sucre<\/span><\/p>\n

– 40g de beurre fondu<\/span><\/p>\n

– 1 oeuf<\/span><\/p>\n

– 15cL de lait<\/span><\/p>\n

– 230 g de farine<\/span><\/p>\n

– 2 cuillères à café de levure chimique<\/span><\/p>\n

– quelques pépites de chocolat (facultatif mais c’est encore plus gourmand et mignon avec… snif je n’avais pas assez de chocolat)<\/span><\/p>\n

Faire préchauffer votre four à 180°.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mettre à fondre le chocolat, une fois qu’il est fondu ajouter le lait et mélanger hors du feu.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mettre dans un récipient le beurre fondu, le sucre et l’oeuf.<\/span><\/p>\n

Battre ce mélange puis ajouter le mélange chocolat et lait.<\/span><\/p>\n

Finir en incorporant la levure et la farine, bien mélanger.<\/span><\/p>\n

Répartir dans des moules à muffins.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mettre à cuire 15 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Les sortir du four et enfoncer un chamallow dans chaque muffin puis remettre à cuire 12 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Maintenant, régalez vous!! \ud83d\ude42 <\/span><\/p>\n

Accompagner d’un bon thé ou d’un verre de lait c’est juste parfait!<\/span><\/p>\n
