Bonjour les gourmands!<\/span><\/p>\n

Vous commencez à me connaître, je suis de nature gourmande!<\/span><\/p>\n

Mais je n’aime pas trop les choses trop écoeurante, d’où la recette du jour!<\/span><\/p>\n

J’avais envie d’un gâteau parfumé, légèrement sucré, tout simple.<\/span><\/p>\n

J’avais un pot de ricotta dans le frigo et je me suis dit… pourquoi pas?<\/span><\/p>\n

Voici donc un gâteau moelleux à la ricotta, délicatement citronné.<\/span><\/p>\n

Moelleux comme il faut, légèrement sucré, un vrai régal pour les papilles! Vous allez vous régaler je vous l’assure!<\/span><\/p>\n

Une fois encore c’est un gâteau simple et rapide à réaliser! Avec peu d’ingrédients! Que demander de plus franchement!<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

INGRÉDIENTS:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

– 1 pot de ricotta<\/span><\/p>\n

– 2 oeufs<\/span><\/p>\n

– 2 sachets de sucre vanillé<\/span><\/p>\n

– 150g de sucre en poudre<\/span><\/p>\n

– 200g de farine<\/span><\/p>\n

– 1 sachet de levure<\/span><\/p>\n

– le jus d’un citron (facultatif)<\/span><\/p>\n

Mélanger la ricotta avec les oeufs.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ajouter le sucre vanillée et le sucre en poudre.<\/span><\/p>\n

Incorporer la levure et la farine puis le jus de citron.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bien mélanger puis mettre dans votre moule.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cuire 30 minutes à 180°.<\/span><\/p>\n

Votre gâteau va sortir bien doré, vous pouvez comme moi le saupoudrer de sucre glace ou le laisser nature.<\/span><\/p>\n

En tout cas ce gâteau délicieusement parfumé et bien moelleux devrait vous plaire! Enfin j’espère!! <\/span><\/p>\n
