Bonjour les gourmands !<\/p>\n

Comment allez vous? Vous avez aimé ma dernière recette? Pour rappel, le birthday cake de Louis<\/a> \ud83d\ude42 (que je vous encourage vivement de reproduire, c’est trop bon!)<\/p>\n

Cette semaine je suis allée pas mal à la plage, vous avez pu le voir si vous me suivez sur Instagram, c’était un réel bonheur de profiter de ce soleil, ça à l’air de se gâter pour ce week-end, c’est vraiment dommage… Je serais bien retournée jouer sur le sable avec Louis \ud83d\ude09 <\/p>\n

Mais bon, trêve de blabla…<\/p>\n

Je reviens aujourd’hui avec une recette sucrée et rapide, des rochers coco chocolat express. Une recette trouvée dans un ancien magazine Weight (le n°23 sept\/oct 2014 pour être précise)<\/p>\n

Pour la petite histoire, j’achete régulièrement ce magazine car je le trouve vraiment intéressant, il y a plein de recettes originales et surtout saines.<\/p>\n

J’avais mis un petit marque page sur cette recette mais je n’avais jamais eu l’occasion de passer en cuisine pour la réaliser.<\/p>\n

Comme j’allais rendre visite à mon frère je me suis dit que j’allais lui préparer. David n’aime pas la noix de coco donc c’était l’occasion.<\/p>\n

On s’est régalé, mes parents aussi (on a été sympa, on leur en a laissé ah ah ah)<\/p>\n

Cette recette est d’une simplicité incroyable, peu d’ingrédients, bref vraiment c’est une recette idéale!<\/p>\n

J’en referai rapidement, avec ou sans chocolat. Pour les adeptes de weight Watchers, cette recette vous vaudra 2PP par rochers coco.<\/p>\n

INGRÉDIENTS:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

– 60g de noix de coco râpée<\/p>\n

– 60g de sucre en poudre<\/p>\n

– 1 blanc d’oeuf<\/p>\n

– 40 à 60g de chocolat noir à cuire<\/p>\n

Préchauffer votre four à 180°.<\/p>\n

Mélanger dans un saladier la noix de coco râpée avec le sucre en poudre.<\/p>\n

Dans un autre récipient, battre en neige le blanc d’oeuf.<\/p>\n

Incorporer délicatement à votre mélange.<\/p>\n

Former 12 petites pyramides, les déposer sur une feuille de papier sulfurisé, sur une plaque allant au four.<\/p>\n

Enfourner pour 12 à 15 minutes.<\/p>\n

Sortir du four, laisser reposer.<\/p>\n

Une fois bien refroidis, faire fondre le chocolat, tremper les rochers coco dedans, parsemer de la noix de coco râpée dessus.<\/p>\n

Mettre au frais et déguster une fois bien refroidis.<\/p>\n
