Hello les gourmands! <\/p>\n

Vous allez bien? Ici ça va plutôt bien, petite journée tranquille, le matin le marché, l’aprés-midi repos… Ce week-end on est allé au Croisic le samedi (je suis dingue de cette ville, je sens que je vais finir par vous faire un article sur le sujet…), le soir on avait barbecue chez mes parents et le dimanche on est allé faire une ballade à la zone de loisir du paradis (des étangs) et un mini tour à la Rocheservière.<\/p>\n

Puis le retour au boulot, la routine tout ça… Vivement les vacances ah ah ah <\/p>\n

Aujourd’hui, pas de recette, je vous emmène dans un salon de thé tout mignon, tout beau, tout bon, chez Sophie Bakery Cake Shop à Nantes.<\/p>\n

Il s’agit d’un petit salon de thé situé 6 rue de la Bâclerie à Nantes, le local est tout petit mais ça fait très cosy, très salon New-Yorkais genre The Place To Be version Nantaise.<\/p>\n

L’intérieur est sobre et délicat, des jolis tableaux, de la vaisselle girly que l’on dirait chiné un peu partout, des pâtisseries sous cloches mais aussi du salé mais à l’heure où on y est allé il n’y avait que du sucré \ud83d\ude09 <\/p>\n

Il y a beaucoup de choix, des pâtisseries réalisés avec amour, sur place, dans une toute petite cuisine.<\/p>\n

Au niveau des boissons il y a du choix également, les prix restes raisonnables pour du fait maison.<\/p>\n

On a choisi de s’installer dehors sur les petites tables, ma mère avec un café latte et moi avec un cupcake chocolat et une limonade.<\/p>\n

Stéphanie, mon petit Lindor du blog Une Graine d’Idée<\/a> est ensuite venue nous rejoindre et a finalement craqué pour une belle part de fraisier et un thé pêche firefly.<\/p>\n

Puis alors ce petit plateau rose girly, la petite paille trop chou… c’est juste parfait! Je suis complétement fan de l’ambiance! <\/p>\n

C’était juste une tuerie gustative! Le topping chocolat qui fond bien comme il faut dans la bouche, un goût vraiment prononcé de chocolat, pas du tout écoeurant bref, un véritable bonheur!<\/p>\n

Le fraisier de Stéphanie fait hyper envie aussi non?<\/p>\n

Je vous encourage a aller passer la porte de ce salon de thé vraiment adorable, abordable et gourmand! Si il n’y a plus de place vous pourrez toujours prendre à emporter et aller déguster le tout autour du Château des Ducs de Nantes<\/a> (dont je vous ai un peu parlé ici…)<\/p>\n
