Bonjour les gourmands! <\/p>\n

J’espère que vous allez bien! Ici c’est comme depuis le début des vacances, calme, entre toutes les petites tâches du quotidien et les jeux avec Louis je n’ai pas tellement le temps pour moi, mais bon, passer du temps avec mon baby c’est vraiment le plus important \ud83d\ude42 Alors j’en profite un maximum!! <\/p>\n

Aujourd’hui on va parler de gourmandise, mais pas n’importe laquelle! Une gourmandise croustillante ricotta, citron et miel<\/strong>. Tout un programme!<\/p>\n

De la douceur, un parfum, du caractère et de la gourmandise, cette recette est vraiment délicieuse! Je le referais régulièrement car c’était à tomber! Réellement! David a également adoré, ce qui fait plaisir \ud83d\ude09 <\/p>\n

J’avais eu cette idée lorsque j’avais réalisé les biscuits amandes fourrés crème ricotta miel citron<\/a> et je vous l’avais même dit! <\/p>\n

J’avais qu’une hâte me lancer dans cette recette! <\/p>\n

Je n’ai pas mis longtemps à me jeter en cuisine pour tenter de passer de l’idée à la réalité.<\/p>\n

Cette recette toute douce, parfumée et légèrement sucrée devrait ravir petits et grands!<\/p>\n

INGRÉDIENTS:<\/span><\/p>\n

(pour 8 part)<\/p>\n

– 250g de ricotta<\/strong><\/p>\n

– 2 cuillères à soupe de miel<\/strong> + un peu pour arroser avant la cuisson<\/p>\n

– 20g de sucre en poudre<\/p>\n

– zeste de citron vert<\/strong> + le jus (on peut aussi utiliser du citron jaune) <\/p>\n

– 4 feuilles de brick<\/strong><\/p>\n

– 20g de beurre fondu<\/p>\n

\"croustillant-citron-ricotta-miel\"<\/p>\n

Travailler la ricotta avec le miel et le sucre en poudre.<\/p>\n

Ajouter le zeste et le jus de citron et mélanger.<\/p>\n

couper les feuilles de brick en deux, les humidifier.<\/p>\n

Déposer une cuillère à soupe de mélange sur la demi feuille de brick et faire une pliure façon samossa.<\/p>\n

Badigeonner de beurre fondu, arroser de miel et mettre au four à 180° pour 15 à 20 minutes.<\/p>\n

Déguster tiède ou froid.<\/p>\n

Saupoudrer de sucre glace avant de servir pou encore plus de gourmandise! <\/p>\n
