Bonjour les gourmands!<\/p>\n

On se retrouve aujourd’hui pour une recette de thé glacé menthe citron express<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Une boisson qui tombe à pic en été, délicatement parfumé, sucré comme il faut, un régal pour les papilles! <\/p>\n

J’aime beaucoup réaliser cette recette, c’est d’une simplicité enfantine!<\/p>\n

Idéale pour vos après-midi à buller aussi bien dans le jardin, qu’à la plage, parfaite pour les petits comme pour les grands, pour le goûter, le barbecue, bref il n’y a que des bonnes raisons et occasions pour se délecter de cette boisson.<\/p>\n

INGRÉDIENTS:<\/span><\/p>\n

– 3 tiges de menthe<\/p>\n

– 2 cuillères à soupe de sucre roux<\/p>\n

– 2 citron non traités<\/p>\n

– 2 cuillères à soupe de thé vert<\/p>\n

Commencer par faire chauffer 50cl d’eau.<\/p>\n

Mettre le thé vert dans un sachet prévu à cet effet ou dans des boules à thé. (Vous pourrez trouver des sachets vide à thé dans les supermarchés au niveau des filtres à café).<\/p>\n

Déposer cela dans une carafe avec l’eau chaude et les feuilles de menthe froissées.<\/p>\n

Laisser infuser 10 minutes, puis retirer le thé.<\/p>\n

Ajouter 50cl d’eau et le sucre roux.<\/p>\n

Servir bien frais avec des glaçons.<\/p>\n
