Hello les gourmands!<\/p>\n

J’espère que vous allez bien, ici c’est bonheur je suis en vacances! Ça fait un bien fou!<\/p>\n

J’en profite pour préparer mes recettes Halloween! Vous les verrez apparaître sur le blog cette semaine! En tout cas au moins une \ud83d\ude09 La deuxième peut être la semaine prochaine… j’hésite! ah ah ah<\/p>\n

Aujourd’hui on va mettre les pieds en plein dans l’Automne! Je n’aime pas le froid, la pluie etc mais les légumes et fruits d’Automne\/Hiver je suis absolument fan! Aujourd’hui on va donc commencer doucement avec une délicieuse soupe de potimarron et tomme<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Une soupe douce et réconfortante, un peu de tomme pour ajouter de la saveur et du fondant, un vrai bonheur! J’aime beaucoup boire de la soupe avec un peu de fromage dedans ou à côté. Je vous en avais déjà parlé avec mes petits feuilletés chèvre\/miel<\/a>. Pour certains la soupe n’est pas suffisante, c’est bon mais ça ne tiens pas au corps, alors j’aime beaucoup l’agrémenter.<\/p>\n

Pour aujorud’hui on coupe de la tomme en petits dés et on ajoute dans son bol de soupe. Et on accompagne de pain avec, encore, de la tomme. <\/p>\n

Je suis certaine que vous allez vous régaler, c’est doux, goûteux, réconfortant… Idéal pour vos soirées \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

Vous avez envie d’autres idées de soupe? Je vous propose la soupe tomate et pesto rouge de Gordon Ramsay<\/a>, une soupe de poireaux<\/a> et un bouillon parfumé à la coriandre et raviolis ricotta\/épinard<\/a>. <\/p>\n

Bien, trêve de blabla, on y va!! <\/p>\n

INGRÉDIENTS:<\/span><\/p>\n

– 1 potimarron<\/strong><\/p>\n

– 1 oignon<\/strong><\/p>\n

– 1 L d’eau<\/strong><\/p>\n

– 1 bouillon de légumes<\/strong><\/p>\n

– un peu de beurre<\/strong><\/p>\n

– thym<\/strong> frais<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Commencer par éplucher un oignon, couper en petits dés et faire revenir à feu doux dans une cocotte dans un peu de beurre.<\/p>\n

Éplucher et couper en cubes le potimarron.<\/p>\n

Une fois l’oignon translucide, ajouter le potimarron, le thym frais et l’eau avec le bouillon de légumes.<\/p>\n

Saler, poivrer et fermer la cocotte, et faire cuire 15 minutes dés que la cocotte est en pression.<\/p>\n

Attendre que la pression soit redescendue et mixer votre soupe.<\/p>\n

Servir aussitôt, avec des petits cubes de tomme.<\/p>\n

Accompagner de tartines de pain avec de fines tranches de tomme également…. Un vrai régal!<\/p>\n

Vous pouvez également ajouter une cuillère de crème fraîche.<\/p>\n
