Comment ça va ici? <\/p>\n

On se retrouve pour une nouvelle recette (oui je sais c’est dingue mouahahah), le chapon au cidre (au chaudron pour nous)<\/strong> du réveillon de Noël.<\/p>\n

Alors oui, on a fait ça pour Noël mais on peut très bien le transposer avec du poulet pour un repas du dimanche en famille (pour épater Belle Maman par exemple mouahahah).<\/p>\n

C’est étonnant, savoureux, simple et efficace.<\/p>\n

On a servit ce plat avec une purée de pommes de terre citronnée et huile d’olive (j’ai bien envie de vous proposer un article spécial purée tiens, pour vous montrer qu’il y a plein de possibilités!)<\/p>\n

Bien, on y va?<\/p>\n

INGRÉDIENTS:<\/span><\/p>\n

(pour 6 à 8 personnes)<\/p>\n

– 1 chapon<\/strong> (le nôtre faisait un bon 3kg)<\/p>\n

– 1 cidre fermier brut<\/strong><\/p>\n

– beurre<\/strong><\/p>\n

– huile d’olive<\/strong><\/p>\n

– 3 oignons<\/strong><\/p>\n

– 2 gousses d’ail<\/strong><\/p>\n

– un bouquet garni<\/strong><\/p>\n

– une petite boîte de marron<\/strong><\/p>\n

– une petite boîte de trompettes de la mort<\/strong> (facultatif on peut mettre d’autres champignons<\/strong> également)<\/p>\n

– 1 litre de bouillon de volaille<\/strong><\/p>\n

– 1 pot de crème fraîche<\/strong> (oui oui…)<\/p>\n

– sel<\/p>\n

– poivre<\/p>\n

On commence par découper la volaille. Saler et poivrer.<\/p>\n

La faire dorer dans votre cocotte avec un mélange de beurre et d’huile d’olive.<\/p>\n

Une fois que la volaille est bien dorée, ajouter les oignons émincés et les gousses d’ail écrasées.<\/p>\n

Laisser cuire quelques minutes, puis une fois les oignons devenus translucides ajouter le cidre et le bouquet garni.<\/p>\n

Laisser mijoter 20 minutes.<\/p>\n

Ajouter alors le bouillon et laisser mijoter pendant 1h30.<\/p>\n

Ajouter les champignons et les marrons.<\/p>\n

Puis la crème et laisser mijoter à feu doux 30 minutes.<\/p>\n

Et voilà! Bon appétit! <\/p>\n

Vous allez voir c’est de la folie!!!!! <\/p>\n

Vous êtes à court d’idées pour le plat principal, je vous propose le poulet au vin jaune<\/a><\/strong>, Jarret de cochon braisé en cocotte<\/a><\/strong>, Saumon, petits légumes et crème safranée <\/a><\/strong>(le régal de Monsieur Bouille), la blanquette de poulet<\/a> <\/strong>ou encore la tourte à la viande à la guiness<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n
