J’espère que vous allez bien, ici c’est repos, le congé maternité approche à grands pas \ud83d\ude09 Et ça c’est cool!<\/p>\n

Je reviens vers vous aujourd’hui pour une nouvelle recette, du saumon en papillote au safran<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Un vrai régal pour les papilles, des saveurs, du parfum et surtout une recette saine.<\/p>\n

Beaucoup de couleurs dans l’assiette, ce qui donne envie de le dévorer tout de suite! <\/p>\n

J’espère que cela vous donnera l’eau à la bouche et que vous allez courir acheter ce qu’il faut pour refaire cette recette! <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

INGRÉDIENTS:<\/span><\/p>\n

(pour 2 personnes)<\/p>\n

– 2 pavés de saumon<\/strong><\/p>\n

– 2 carottes<\/strong><\/p>\n

– 200g de pommes de terre<\/strong><\/p>\n

– 1 petite courgette<\/strong><\/p>\n

– 1 peu de vert de poireaux<\/strong><\/p>\n

– quelques tomates séchées<\/strong><\/p>\n

– 2 petites échalotes<\/strong><\/p>\n

– thym<\/strong><\/p>\n

– quelques pistils de safran<\/strong><\/p>\n

– sel<\/p>\n

– poivre<\/p>\n

– filet d’huile d’olive<\/p>\n

Commencer par éplucher les légumes, tailler les pommes de terre en rondelles, émincer les carottes, les courgettes, le vert de poireaux et les échalotes finement.<\/p>\n

Commencer par mettre un filet d’huile d’olive sur le fond de votre papier sulfurisé, poser des rondelles de pommes de terre puis les autres légumes et les tomates séchées.<\/p>\n

Saler, poivrer, déposer le saumon, saler, poivrer de nouveau, ajouter le thym, le safran et un filet d’huile d’olive.<\/p>\n

On referme la papillote et on enfourne à 180° pour 30 à 40 minutes.<\/p>\n
