Une recette r&eacute;alis&eacute;e pour les 30 ans de mon Ch&eacute;ri. Tout le monde a ador&eacute; et il n&#8217;en restait plus une miette! J&#8217;avais malheureusement oubli&eacute; une partie de ma poche &agrave; douille (oui je suis un boulet je sais) du coup j&#8217;ai utilis&eacute; un sac cong&eacute;lation mais ce n&#8217;est pas du plus bel effet &#8230; D&eacute;sol&eacute;e<\/p>\n<p>Pour cette recette, j&#8217;ai utilis&eacute; deux recettes que vous connaissez ici, le <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/latambouilledebouille.com\/index.php\/2016\/05\/25\/cake-chocolat-express-et-gourmand\/\" target=\"_blank\">cake chocolat<\/a><\/strong> et la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/latambouilledebouille.com\/index.php\/2016\/03\/31\/gateau-moelleux-au-chocolat-ganache-chocolat-blanc-en-forme-de-donut\/\" target=\"_blank\">ganache chocolat blanc,<\/a><\/strong> je vous remet le tout ici, car je pense que c&#8217;est la combinaison gagnante! Et oui, &agrave; force de t&acirc;tonner j&#8217;ai fini par trouver l&#8217;accord que je cherchai!&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Rien de bien compliqu&eacute; dans cette recette ni de tr&egrave;s long, il suffit juste de pr&eacute;parer la 1&eacute;re partie de la ganache chocolat blanc la veille. Rien de bien insurmontable donc! La prochaine fois j&#8217;essairai un cupcake tout chocolat au lait ou tout chocolat noir. Affaire &agrave; suivre donc!&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cette ganache a toujours un succ&egrave;s fou, c&#8217;est dingue! Vous m&#8217;en direz des nouvelles!!&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Bien, un cupcake l&eacute;ger en bouche, avec un bon go&ucirc;t de chocolat et une ganache cr&eacute;meuse chocolat blanc &ccedil;a vous tente?&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Alors allons-y!&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/latambouilledebouille.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/111617549-1.jpg?w=1200&#038;ssl=1\" border=\"0\" alt=\"recette-cupcake-chocolat-chocolatblanc\" class=\"widthadapted nonealign\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">INGR&Eacute;DIENTS<\/span><\/p>\n<p>(pour une quinzaine de cupcakes)<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Pour les g&acirc;teaux :<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 200g de&nbsp;<strong>chocolat<\/strong>&nbsp;noir &agrave; cuire<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 sachet de&nbsp;<strong>sucre vanill&eacute;<\/strong>&nbsp;(soit environ 12g de sucre vanill&eacute; maison)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 120g de&nbsp;<strong>sucre<\/strong>&nbsp;en poudre<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 4&nbsp;<strong>oeufs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 200g de&nbsp;<strong>beurre<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 80g de&nbsp;<strong>farine<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 cuill&egrave;re &agrave; caf&eacute; de&nbsp;<strong>bicarbonate alimentaire<\/strong>&nbsp;(ou de levure)<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Pour la ganache :<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 200g de&nbsp;<strong>chocolat blanc<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 200g de&nbsp;<strong>cr&egrave;me liquide<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 grosse noix de&nbsp;<strong>beurre<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/latambouilledebouille.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/111617561-1.jpg?w=1200&#038;ssl=1\" border=\"0\" alt=\"cupcake-chocolatnoir-chocolatblanc\" class=\"widthadapted nonealign\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Une arm&eacute;e de cupcakes&#8230;.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/latambouilledebouille.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/111617567-1.jpg?w=1200&#038;ssl=1\" border=\"0\" alt=\"cupcake-chocolat-chocolat-blanc\" class=\"widthadapted nonealign\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>(Admirer cette ganache cr&eacute;meuse&#8230;. &ccedil;a donne envie de tout d&eacute;vorer non??)<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Commencer par pr&eacute;parer la ganache la veille, faire fondre le chocolat blanc avec la cr&egrave;me liquide, une fois que c&#8217;est bien fondu, mettre hors du feu et ajouter le beurre. Bien m&eacute;langer puis r&eacute;server au frais.<\/p>\n<p>Passons aux g&acirc;teaux, pr&eacute;chauffer le four &agrave; 180&deg;.<\/p>\n<p>Faire fondre le chocolat et le beurre au micro-onde.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un saladier, m&eacute;langer les sucres et les oeufs, ajouter ensuite la farine et le bicarbonate.<\/p>\n<p>M&eacute;langer et incorporer le m&eacute;lange beurre\/chocolat fondu.<\/p>\n<p>Vous devez obtenir un m&eacute;lange bien homog&egrave;ne.<\/p>\n<p>R&eacute;partir dans des moules &agrave; cupcakes, attention de ne pas trop les remplir sinon tout va d&eacute;border &agrave; la cuisson!&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Enfourner pour 20 &agrave; 25 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois que les g&acirc;teaux ont refroidi, fouetter au batteur la ganache et d&eacute;corer vos cupcakes avec.
