Coucou les gourmands!<\/p>\n

Aujourd’hui on se retrouve avec une recette que j’ai envie de réaliser depuis des mois! Un croque monsieur cheddar à la façon du film chef!<\/p>\n

Vous connaissez ce film? #CHEF? Je suis dingue de ce film, je pourrais le regarder en boucle, l’ambiance un peu salsa, la cuisine canon… Je suis fan!<\/p>\n

Tous les plats me font envie mais il y en a une qui tournait dans ma tête depuis des mois, et je n’avais jamais pris le temps de le tester.<\/p>\n

Un délicieux croque monsieur au cheddar, fondant, croustillant . . . Que du bon! <\/p>\n

Si vous avez vu le film, vous n’avez jamais rêvé devant ce pain beurré qui dore à la plancha, le fromage qui fond quand il coupe le croque monsieur… Rien que d’en parler je vois la scène et j’ai faim! ah ah ah <\/p>\n

En tout cas cette recette est vraiment facile à réaliser et ne nécessite pas beaucoup d’ingrédients.<\/p>\n

De plus ce croque monsieur au cheddar totalement gourmand devrait plaire aussi bien aux grands qu’aux petits! <\/p>\n

INGRÉDIENTS:<\/span><\/p>\n

pour 4 croque monsieur<\/p>\n

– 8 tranches de pain de mie à croque monsieur (la prochaine fois j’utiliserai du pain coupé classique)<\/p>\n

– 100g de cheddar vieux<\/p>\n

– 100g de cheddar jeune<\/p>\n

– beurre<\/p>\n

– poivre<\/p>\n

Préparation du croque.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

\"croque-monsieur-cheddar-film-chef\"<\/p>\n

Commencer par couper le cheddar en tranches fines.<\/p>\n

Beurrer 2 tranches de pain, les faire dorer à la plancha, ajouter 25g de cheddar jeune et 25g de cheddar vieux.<\/p>\n

Refermer le croque monsieur.<\/p>\n

Mettre sur un plat allant au four.<\/p>\n

Refaire la même chose pour les 3 autres croques.<\/p>\n

Les mettre au four pour les réchauffer et servir avec une bonne salade.<\/p>\n
